Main features of using emulators VILKUS-62


Using VILKUS-62 emulators, you can disable ONLY the DPF and DEF/SCR SYSTEMS on your truck (bus or heavy equipment unit). Each emulator is locked for an exact vehicle by chassis ID. It is NOT possible to re-use it on another vehicle without special “second life” service! If you want to use the VILKUS-62 emulator on another vehicle, you have to contact the DrunkLab technical support service, in some cases (depending on the modification of the VILKUS-62 emulator), for an additional fee, the support service specialists could reprogram it for another vehicle. Important: do not try to reprogram emulator for another truck by yourself, this may damage the emulator, firstly discuss it with the DrunkLab support service.


All VILKUS-62 emulators have a lifetime warranty, in case of failure of the emulator (due to the fault of the manufacturer), DrunkLab will provide replacement for a new one free of charge. All emulators are made from high-quality materials and have a unique firmware, which is developed by experienced tuning engineers, it has been tested in different operating modes, regions and weather conditions. DrunkLab technical support service will help you with the choice of an emulator compatible with your vehicle. DrunkLab does not agitate for the removal of systems which are responsible for achieving ecological standards. You make the decision by yourself. We can tune your truck/bus or heavy equipment unit as efficiently as it possible. We bear warranty obligations for each tuning solution.


The principle of operation of the VILKUS-62 emulator: The VILKUS-62 device emulates the operation of the ACM unit, and disables the function of calculating soot emissions, disables the function of burning (regeneration) the DPF filter, as well as disables the additional fuel injection for burning the DPF filter.


Disadvantages of using the VILKUS-62 emulator:


- Removal of the DPF filter ( you need physically to cut it from the exhaust system).
- To return to factory settings, a new DPF filter should be installed, except the cases of models where the DPF filter is removable. On such vehicles you can install the old DPF filter. But it is necessary to observe the safe manufacturer-recommended storage conditions of the filter for the period of using the VILKUS-62 emulator.


The installation process of the VILKUS-62 emulator:


1. Order VILKUS-62 emulator for your vehicle model. You can ask for support ofh technical specialists on the website: https://dl.ge/


!!! If your vehicle is not in the Derate* mode (see the footnote below)


2. Turn off the ignition and uplink battery power connectors.


3. Disconnect the wiring harness from the ACM and NOx sensor.


4. Install the VILKUS-62 emulator into the vacant connectors. After that, the ACM unit itself can be removed from the vehicle and stored in a dry place, or the ACM connector can be protected from moisture and dirt in order to maintain its operability.


5. Place the power connectors back to the battery.


6. Your vehicle can be operated.


7. IMPORTANT! You need to remove the DPF filter physically immediately after installing the VILKUS-62 emulator. If necessary, you can do this by yourself or contact a specialized service.


*If your Truck, bus or construction equipment is in Derate mode while installating the VILKUS-62 emulator, you have to contact our technical specialists to set your vehicle to standard operation mode, for this you will need:


1. Laptop with Windows system


2. RP1210 Adapter


3. Connection cable of the RP1210 adapter to the laptop and OBD2


4. Stable internet connection


5. The Mochester 4 (M4) application, downloaded from our official website: https://dl.ge/


6. 20 minutes of free time.


7. Follow the instructions of the DrunkLab engineer


8. Continue to follow the previous instruction from point 2

DrunkLab doesn’t control what data third parties collect in cases like this, or what they ultimately do with it. So, third-party embeds on DrunkLab are not covered by this Privacy Policy. They are covered by the privacy policy of the third-party service (so, when you watch a YouTube video embedded in a DrunkLab blog post, the use of data about your interactions with the video would be covered by YouTube’s privacy policy).

Please be careful when you see embedded forms on DrunkLab asking for your email address or any other personal information. Make sure you understand who you are submitting your information to and what they say they plan to do with it. We suggest that you do not submit your email address or other personal information to any third-party through an embedded form.

When posting on DrunkLab, you may not embed a form that allows submission of personal information by users. You must link offsite to a page that allows such submissions by users, and that page’s appearance must be distinct enough from DrunkLab to ensure it does not cause confusion among users over to whom they are submitting personal information. Failure to do so may lead DrunkLab to disable the post or take other action to limit or disable your account.
